What type of membership plans do you offer?

We offer two types of memberships - Quarterly and Yearly Quarterly members receive a curated box on a quarterly basis and pay per season. Yearly members prepay four seasons worth of curated boxes and receive $50 off. Yearly members also unlock access to the Boutique and receive 10% off.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes. Your membership renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel anytime before the renewal date and after your first box order has been processed. To cancel your membership, please email with the subject line "Cancellation Request"

Will my membership renew automatically?

Yes, all memberships automatically renew and billed on the renewal date unless a cancellation is noted on your account.

When do seasonal boxes ship and how long does it take to deliver?

Spring season boxes begin shipping in mid- March. Summer season boxes begin shipping in mid-June. Fall season boxes begin mid-September. Winter season boxes begin shipping in early to mid-December. Delivery times

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the subscription boxes. Any items purchased from the Boutique may be returned within 14 days. If your seasonal box doesn't arrive within 30 days after receiving your tracking information, please notify us by email at If any of the contents of your box arrives damaged, please notify us by sending an email within 7 days of receipt to
